Refund Policy

VoiceDraftAI is offered as monthly subscriptions that renew automatically on the renewal date. All purchases are made and billed through Google Play. Each subscription includes a monthly number of drafts; the quota resets at the start of each billing period, and unused drafts do not roll over.

You can cancel your subscription at any time in the Google Play Store (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

After you cancel, your access and any remaining drafts stay available until the end of the subscription period you already paid for. You will not be charged again.

Deleting your VoiceDraftAI account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — please cancel it in Google Play as well.

We do not issue refunds for a subscription period that has already begun, except as required by Google Play policy or applicable law.

• Within 48 hours of purchase — you may request a refund directly from Google Play, which decides on the request in accordance with its own policies (Google Play refund policies).
• Certain countries — in some countries, such as Israel, France and Germany, Google Play lets you cancel a subscription with immediate effect and receive a partial refund for the days remaining. In that case your access ends immediately.
• Consumer rights — nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

If a purchase is refunded, access to the refunded subscription ends, and any remaining drafts included in it are removed from your account.
